After years of anticipation, she’s officially announced that her long-awaited second album, Am I the Drama?, will arrive on September 19, marking seven years since her explosive debut Invasion of Privacy in 2018.

“Seven years of love, life, and loss. Seven years I gave them grace, but now, I give them hell,” Cardi declared in a dramatic voiceover announcing the album. Her upcoming record will include fan-favorite chart-toppers “WAP” and “Up,” both of which previously hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The release campaign kicked into high gear with the arrival of “Outside,” Cardi’s first single of 2025. She debuted the fiery track live during Spotify Beach at Cannes Lions in France and later dropped it officially on June 20. “Outside” sets the tone for a high-energy summer for Cardi and her loyal fanbase, the Bardi Gang. It’s also her first solo release since last year’s “Enough (Miami).”
