Proceeds from the event will directly support the organization’s efforts to combat the HIV/AIDS epidemic. In a press release they stated that more than 2,000 people attend the annual spring break event, which raises around $2 million for 12 regional non-profits offering HIV/AIDS services in South Florida, the country’s core of the disease. Also, there will be informational booths at the event with a variety of health and wellness services, as well as children’s games, food trucks, and other family-friendly activities. The music event will feature the captivating sounds of singer-songwriter and worldwide DJ, DJ Citizen Jane, to cap off the action-packed event.
