Have you seen anything unusual on your favorite artist’s YouTube channel? It’s been a very trending topic on Twitter, and many fans have been shocked by this unforgettable surprise.

The hackers had uploaded a series of bizarre videos to channels of top artists like Kanye West,  The Weekend, Drake, Cardi B, Michael Jackson, Eminem, Juice WRLD, Travis Scott, Lil Nas X, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, and many others.

The weird songs have already been deleted, but images are still available, and the upload title “Free Paco Sanz (ft. Will Smith, Chris Rock, Skinny flex & Los Pelaos)” was seen on every account, with fans reposting it with their reactions.

Sanz is a fraudster from Spain who scammed thousands of individuals by claiming to be dying. After being found guilty of deceiving people by claiming to have a terminal illness, Paco Sanz is expected to spend the rest of his life in prison.

Many fans and artist has reacted to the hack. Although YouTube has yet to publicly acknowledge the intrusion, their music video collaborator VEVO has released a statement about the security issue. Vevo addressed the breach and stated that they are performing a “review of our security systems.”

Vevo reported to The New York Post in a statement stating “Some videos were directly uploaded to a small number of Vevo artist channels earlier today by an unauthorized source.” And continued on to say “All of those improperly uploaded videos have since been deleted by Vevo. No pre-existing content was accessible to the source. While the artist channels have been secured and the incident has been resolved, as a best practice Vevo will be conducting a review of our security systems.”

It’s yet to be confirmed who was the hacker, although some people have tried to claim they were the one but were just clout chasing as usual. Although the event may have affected many fans, artists’ accounts are back to normal and we are still waiting for youtube to respond to this mess.
