Benny The Butcher Points Out That Weed May Be The Cause Of The 'Tana Talk 4' Release Date Confusion

As fans anticipate the fourth installment of the mixtape series, Benny The Butcher the Buffalo-raise rapper, and DJ Premier both stated announced Tana Talk 4's release date during a recent interview on the Breakfast Club.

Ima say this date anyway. I don’t know. Should I say this date? November—I mean … I’m smokin’ that good shit. Uh, motherfuckin’ February? What’s the next month? I’m high as fuck. Eleventh. February 11.” Benny said in an interview with The Breakfast Club

However, it appears that they were mistaken. Benny later clarified his prior words on Instagram Live, blaming the misunderstanding to one of his favorite habits, smoking weed.

During a recent Instagram Live Benny Butcher Corrected Himself by stating “Tana Talk 4 dropping March 11, not February 11…. I smoke too much weed…. say the wrong things,” Benny said .

Tana Talk 4's "Johnny P's Caddy,"  track featuring J. Cole, was released as a single in January 2022 .

The song's title is a tribute to Chicago rap trio Do Or Die's hit record "Do U Wanna Ride," which was released in 1995.

The Alchemist and Daringer produced Tana Talk 4's album, which will include the previously released single "Johnny P's Caddy" with J. Cole.

Benny has kept quiet about what fans can anticipate for Tana Talk 4, but he did tell Charlamagne that it will feature famous names like Conway the Machine, Diddy, Westside Gunn, as well as Cole.

So yes fans will be waiting a little bit more longer, as Tana Talk 4 does not release until March 11 2022

Benny The Butcher's duet with J. Cole  “Johnny P’s Caddy,” has debuted at No. 72 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, according to a tweet from Billboard.
