On the latest track, Ty Dolla $ign honors the late rap legend’s legacy, which dropped today Friday, May 20, 2022, right before Biggie’s 50th birthday. The Afrobeat-inspired single is a remake of the Notorious B.I.G. hit “I Love the Dough” from the “Life After Death” album, which featured JAY-Z and Angela Winbush on the original version. Biggie and Ty trade lines on the revamped single, co-produced by Kayomusiq, with Nigerian singer Bella Alubo providing the hook.

It’s unreal, out the blue, Frank White got sex appeal

Bitches used to go, “Ew” (Ew)

Steel tote still, tryin’ to see five mill’ off the single, for real (Come on)

    [Verse 2: Ty Dolla $ign]

Puffin’ Za in a mansion, used to be on the block

Biggie up in heaven looking down on us with Pac

Pour out some liquor, I’m with Puff, DeLeón or Ciroq

My Rollie presidential, damn near big as a clock

Ran up in Poppy, seen some thotties and we gone

You niggas at home screaming the fights on Gervonta

Saint Laurent made out of python

This .40 cal SIG with the red dots, sights on

    Who say mobsters don’t prosper?

Niggas is actors, niggas deserve Oscars

Me I’m, critically acclaimed, slug past your brain (Woo)

Reminisce on dames whose coochie used to stink

When we rocked house pieces and puffy Gucci links

Now we buy homes in unfamiliar places

Tito smile every time he see our faces (Uh-huh)

    Cases catch more than outfielders

Half these rappin’ cats ain’t seen war (Come on)

Couldn’t score if they had point game, they lame
