Tyler, The Creator solidified his reign in the music industry by claiming the title of the highest-selling male artist on vinyl in 2023, selling an impressive 552,000 records in the U.S. Travis Scott followed closely at No. 4, with Kendrick Lamar and the late Mac Miller also making the top 10. However, Taylor Swift emerged as the undeniable vinyl queen, selling a staggering 3.484 million copies.
This achievement marks Tyler’s second consecutive year at the top, following his best-selling rap album on vinyl in 2022. Instead of releasing a new album in 2023, Tyler enhanced his 2021 LP, “Call Me If You Get Lost,” with a deluxe edition titled “The Estate Sale.” The project, featuring collaborations with A$AP Rocky, Vince Staples, and YG, propelled “Call Me If You Get Lost” past the million sales mark, earning Tyler his fourth platinum plaque.
As Tyler’s career continues to ascend, he prepares to headline Coachella for the first time, showcasing his talents on one of music’s most prestigious stages. Amidst his accolades and achievements, Tyler expresses gratitude to his fans for their unwavering support in keeping physical media alive.
