Lil Tjay announced his 2024 headline tour across Canada, the UK, and Europe earlier this year in February. The Bronx rapper, whose real name is Tione Jayden Merritt, kicked off “The Good Life Tour” on April 4th in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, at the Mary Brown’s Centre.
Celebrating the success of his 2023 album “222,” Tjay began his Canada Tour with a performance on April 6th in Moncton, NB, at the Avenir Centre. He is scheduled to perform on April 9th at the FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, ON, and at the Slush Puppie Place on April 10th in Kingston, ON.
Fans in Europe and the UK will soon have the chance to see him as well. He will visit Dublin, Newcastle, Leeds, and Cardiff between April 24th and 27th. For Irish fans, make sure to catch him in Dublin on April 24th, Newcastle on April 25th, Leeds on April 26th, and Cardiff on April 27th. For UK fans, you can see him between May 4th and 11th. Starting May 4th at the Milan Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy, then on May 7th at the Madrid La Riviera in Madrid, Spain. Following that, he’ll visit Barcelona Sala Razzmatazz in Barcelona, Spain, on May 8th, and on May 9th at the Lisboa LAV – Ao Vivo in Lisboa, Portugal. Tjay will also stop at the Ljubljana HALA L56 on May 11th in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
For his Canada Tour, Lil Tjay will be bringing Kalan.Frfr, for Europe, Sainté, and for the UK fans, Dina Ayada. Kalan.FrFr will be performing his recently-released six-song EP, “Not Hard 2 Understand,” which is led by the TikTok-popular song, “Everybody.” Meanwhile, Tjay will be performing in support of his third and most recent studio album, ‘222,’ which was released in July 2023.
The album “222,” came with 14-tracks with feature collaborations with heavy hitters from Summer Walker, The Kid LAROI, Jadakiss, CoCo Jones, Fivio Foreign, to the Baton Rouge, LA rapper NBA Youngboy.
Lil Tjay’s breakthrough singles were ‘Resume’ and ‘Brothers,’ which led to a record deal with Columbia in 2017. He released his first studio album, “True 2 Myself,” in 2019, debuting at number five on the Billboard 200 chart. Since his breakthrough release, and collaborations with prominent artists such as YG, Fivio Foreign, Pop Smoke, Kay Flock, Tory Lanez, Jay Critch, 6LACK, and more, he has continued to grow, showcasing his improved skills.
