Although YoungBoy Never Broke Again is currently incarcerated that is still not stopping him from receiving the #1 album, Sincerely, Kentrell has moved 137,775 equivalent album units in its first week. Even with NBA being Youtube’s top streamed artist for past 3 years they declined to promote his album because of the cover said his manager, none of that could stop NBA YoungBoy, with little industry support besides from peers, NBA is bring new meaning to “Its Lonely At The Top”.
NBA YoungBoy also joins an exclusive list of rappers who went number 1 while in jail that elite list includes rappers Lil Wayne & Tupac. NBA YoungBoy is still making big moves. This month, it was announced that NBA YoungBoy made a Partnership with Motown Records. The first project will be Never Broke Again Volume 1, which is a compilation album of unreleased tracks from NBA YoungBoy and the Never Broke Again Entertainment team, which includes rappers Quando Rondo, No Cap, P Yungin, and Meechy Baby.
Hopefully NBA YoungBoy can stay out of jail and flourish, the future is bright for this young rapper from Baton Rouge, LA.
