A$AP Rocky has finally released the music video for his latest single, “Tailor Swif,” from his highly anticipated album “Don’t Be Dumb.” Originally scheduled to be released on August 30th, the full album has been delayed to an unspecified date in the fall. However, fans were treated to the music video for the previously leaked track as a consolation.
The video, filmed in Kyiv, Ukraine, is a wild ride filled with eccentric characters, elaborate costumes, and bizarre scenarios that align perfectly with Rocky’s creative vision for the project. He has described “Don’t Be Dumb” as a blend of “grim” themes with influences from “German expressionism” and “ghetto futurism.”
“Tailor Swif” first made its debut during A$AP Rocky’s performance at Rolling Loud Portugal in July 2022. Shortly after, both the song and its visuals leaked online, generating significant buzz.
“Don’t Be Dumb” marks A$AP Rocky’s return after a six-year hiatus, following his 2018 album “Testing,” which received mixed reviews. Fans are eagerly awaiting the official release of this long-awaited project.
