Atlanta duo Metro Boomin and Future released another collaborative album, “We Still Don’t Trust You,” just three weeks after their first album, “We Don’t Trust You.” The 25-track joint project is divided into two sides: “Disc 1” contains the initial 18-track tracklist, while “Disc 2” offers an additional 7 tracks.
“We Still Don’t Trust You” features guest appearances from Chris Brown on “Drink & Dance” (Disc 1), The Weeknd on “All To Myself” (Disc 1), J. Cole on “Red Leather” (Disc 1), A$AP Rocky on “Show Of Hands” (Disc 2), Lil Baby on “All My Life” (Disc 1), and Ty Dolla Sign on “Gracious” (Disc 1).
Their previous album, “We Don’t Trust You,” released on March 22, 2024, debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 with 251,000 total album-equivalent units in its first week. The 17-track album featured collaborations with Rick Ross on “Everyday Hustle,” Playboi Carti on “Type Shit,” The Weeknd on “Young Metro,” Travis Scott on “Cinderella,” and Kendrick Lamar on “Like That.” “Type Shit,” “Young Metro,” and “Like That” all peaked atop the US Billboard Hot 100, marking Future’s third number-one single and Metro’s first as a lead artist, having previously produced two number-one singles.
Metro Boomin and Future are set to join Tyler, the Creator in performing at Grant Park on August 1st for the “2024 Lollapalooza Chicago.” The event, running from August 1st to the 4th, boasts an exciting lineup and various activities. Headliners for Lollapalooza this summer include SZA, Tyler, The Creator, Blink-182, The Killers, Melanie Martinez, Hozier, Stray Kids, and DJ Skrillex.
The festival’s roster also features numerous other notable acts such as Sexyy Red, Victoria Monét, Teezo Touchdown, Killer Mike, Reneé Rapp, Kesha, Deftones, Tate McRae, Cults, Brandi Cyrus, Pierce the Veil, Two Door Cinema Club, Vince Staples, Conan Grey, Faye Webster, Teddy Swims, Kevin Abstract, Kenny Beats, The Japanese House, Romy, Flo, and many more, totaling over 170 acts from around the world performing across eight stages.
