Kanye West has officially announced the release date for his highly anticipated “Vultures 2” album, the sequel to his collaborative project with Ty Dolla $ign. During a recent interview on Justin LaBoy’s The Download podcast, Ye revealed that the album will be dropping on May 3.
The follow-up to February’s chart-topping “Vultures 1” was originally slated for a March 8 release, with the third installment in the trilogy planned for April 5. However, the roll-out has faced numerous delays.
“Vultures 1” debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, earning 148,000 album-equivalent units in its first week. “Vultures 1” album featured collaborations with Freddie Gibbs, Mike Tyson, Nipsey Hussle, Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, Bump J, Lil Durk, Rich the Kid, Chris Brown, India Love, North West, YG, and Quavo among others. “Vultures 2” is said to feature Kid Cudi, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, Kodak Black, Lil Baby, Bad Bunny, and Charlie Wilson.
In addition to confirming the “Vultures 2” release date, Kanye West has also been making headlines for his plans to launch a “Yeezy Porn” studio. According to his representative, West has been in contact with adult film producer Mike Moz, ex-husband of Stormy Daniels, to serve as the head of this new venture, which could debut as soon as this summer.
Furthermore, Kanye has recently acquired two tech startups, YZY VSN and YZY APP, developed by loyal fans. The plan is to merge the two apps into Ye’s official YZY app, which promises to offer an exclusive experience for fans worldwide.
With the release of “Vultures 2” on the horizon and Kanye’s foray into the adult entertainment industry, along with YZY VSN and YZY APP, it’s clear the artist continues to push boundaries and keep his fans on their toes.
