Kanye West has ventured into the news space with the launch of his mobile-only platform, Yews.News. The platform, which went live on December 12, is currently accessible only through mobile devices. Ye had filed for the Yews trademark earlier this year, suggesting more ventures under this name in the future.
Yews.News offers news posts in three timestamped sections: 10 a.m., 3 p.m., and 8 p.m. The content ranges from political and cultural news, featuring topics like Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the Israel-Palestine conflict. The posts include religious illustrations and sources from publications such as The Washington Post, Forbes, as well as platforms like Truth Social and Zero Hedge.
In the 3 p.m. section, Yews.News covered Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign‘s Vultures album, with a recap of their Miami listening event held on December 12. Notably, the news posts are written in the third person, suggesting that Kanye West himself may not be the author.

Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s listening event set the stage for the release of their Vultures album, scheduled for December 15. The event featured guest appearances by Offset, Lil Durk, Chris Brown, Kodak Black, and Playboi Carti, although the latter arrived late.
During the event, several songs from the album were premiered, including collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Lil Baby, Charlie Wilson, Young Thug, Kodak Black, Bad Bunny, and Freddie Gibbs. Freddie Gibbs, in particular, received high praise for his verse on “Back To Me,” with fans hailing it as the “verse of the year.”
As Kanye West expands his reach into the news world and prepares to drop Vultures, his latest project promises to make a significant impact in both music and media.
