The first of these albums is “Starboy,” released in 2016, with a 2023 deluxe. On Feb 22, 2024, he released a “Popular” music video with Madonna and Playboi Carti , and he has also partnered with the popular video game Fortnite released in Chapter 5: Season 1, where fans can now play as his character and access his cosmetic items .The Weeknd’s dominance on Spotify is a testament to his ability to consistently produce hit songs and albums that resonate with a global audience.
