Many fans and other celebrities flooded the comment section after hearing the sample, pleading for her to drop the complete song. Megan Thee Stallion clarified the song’s title on Wednesday after it was widely assumed that her new single was called “Letter to My Ex.”

Megan Thee Stallion is completely nude in a picture she posted that announces the song’s release date: Friday (April 22). “Plan B out Friday, pre-save it now!” she tweeted along with a snapshot of the track’s cover, wherein she relaxes in a drop-in bathtub coated in foam and puffing on a thin cigarette.
Megan Thee Stallion’s new track will be her first since her March collaboration with Dua Lipa, “Sweetest Pie,” which was released on March 11th. It will be the opening single for her upcoming second studio album. Following her collaborations with DJ Snake and Ozuna for “SG” LISA of BLACKPINK, Meg is set to release her second full-length album this year, following her debut studio album “Good News” in 2020 and her compilation album “Something for Thee Hotties” in 2021.
Megan Thee Stallion signed with 300 Entertainment in 2018, and her mixtape Fever (2019) and EP Suga (2020), both of which charted in the top ten on the Billboard 200. “Tina Snow”, was also released in 2018, marking her debut appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States.
