Finally, after much anticipation, Joey Bada$$ will release a new album this summer.
The release of Joey Bada$$’s new album 2000 was supposed to happen a few weeks ago, but sampling clearance concerns caused it to be postponed.

Fans shouldn’t worry too much, though, as he just released the eagerly awaited track “Where I Belong.” The song was premiered via all streaming services today, July 1, 2022.
The new single follows his recent solo hit “Heads High,” which came out on March 3rd. It also comes after his collaborated single with Chance the Rapper on Chance’s track “The Highs & The Lows.” The song was released earlier this month on June 17th, receiving over 2 million streams just Youtube alone.
Five years have passed since the release of “ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$,” and the rapper’s follow-up album “2000” was initially scheduled to be released on June 17th but had to be postponed. Joey Bada$$ revealed during an interview that in his upcoming album fans should expect the “classic” Joey again.
“On the new album 2000, what should be expected is that classic Joey sound, you know what I’m saying? That authentic Joey. Everything that you want out of Joey Bada$$, you’re going to get from this project right here. I’m excited for this.”
Tomorrow is the first day of Joey Bada$$’ upcoming tour, as well as fans are expected to be able to pre-order his new album “2000” as well as learn the confirmed date that it will be released make sure you purchase if you rock with Joey Bad A$$ streams might not matter.
