Juvenile Drops “400 Degreez” Music Video for Album’s 25th Anniversary

Juvenile, the iconic New Orleans rapper, has unveiled a long-awaited music video for his classic track “400 Degreez,” commemorating the 25th anniversary of the album of the same name.

Directed by Diesel Filmz, the video pays homage to the album’s release on November 3, 1998, which went on to achieve quadruple platinum status, selling over 4 million copies. Featuring former Cash Money collaborator Mannie Fresh, who produced the entirety of “400 Degreez,” the visual is a nostalgic celebration of Juvenile’s best-selling solo project.

The video captures Juvenile and Mannie Fresh amidst throwback footage from the “400 Degreez” era, interwoven with recent performances. To mark the milestone, Juvenile is reissuing the album with a digital deluxe edition set for release on March 29, followed by a double LP color vinyl on April 26, including two new tracks, “Party” and “We Be Blowing Money.”

Amidst the anniversary festivities, Juvenile also teased the potential Hot Boys reunion tour, featuring Lil Wayne, Turk, and B.G., who was recently released from prison. Despite past tensions, Juvenile remains optimistic about the reunion, though issues between B.G. and Lil Wayne have surfaced.

While B.G. addressed their dynamics in a song, referring to Lil Wayne as “bitch,” he later clarified it as “family business.” Lil Wayne, on the other hand, expressed eagerness for the reunion but highlighted logistical challenges, particularly regarding B.G.’s ability to tour.

As anticipation builds for the Hot Boys reunion tour, fans eagerly await further updates from the iconic rap collective, poised to recapture the late ’90s nostalgia and reignite their legendary status in the hip-hop scene.
